The Telemarketing Phone Agent is a critical part of the Sales Department at Terrenos Houston, responsible for engaging potential clients over the phone, driving lead conversion, and supporting outside sales representatives. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for results-driven work. The position requires in-office presence and is focused on creating high-impact phone consultations that support the company’s sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement & Phone Sales

  • Make and receive calls to engage with prospective clients, motivating them to schedule property showings with outside sales representatives.
     
  • Conduct high-quality phone consultations designed to serve as a trial close, with the goal of securing in-person or over-the-phone appointments.
     
  • Follow up consistently with leads through calls, texts, and emails to maintain engagement and increase conversion potential.
     
  • Use persuasive communication techniques tailored to each client’s interests and concerns.
     
  • Schedule and coordinate virtual or in-person property showings.
     

Pipeline & Lead Management

  • Accurately update and maintain your lead pipeline, categorizing each prospect by status and follow-up needs.
     
  • Ensure all leads are documented within the assigned systems and platforms, maintaining clean and organized records.
     

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required
     
  • Minimum 1 year of sales or phone-based customer service experience
     
  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasive speaking skills
     
  • Comfortable with technology: CRM systems, text and email platforms, spreadsheets
     
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
     
  • High level of responsibility, organization, and attention to detail
     
  • No real estate license required
     

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in phone sales or telemarketing
     
  • Familiarity with sales funnels and customer engagement strategies
     
  • Knowledge of Houston-area communities is a plus
     

Compensation:
